Dr Miller,
This is remarkable news. Having had DCIS, I am interested in this research. A news item is fine but what has been published about this? I ave been told that DCIS is not familial but I think they do not know enough about this particular cancer with some disagreeing that it is actually cancer.
Any more info you can provide?

#1 - Thu Nov 25, 2010 9:23 AM ESTThis is an important posting for this group. Thank you for posting. I was not aware that the science of medicine had come this far in the fight against breast cancer. I takes away from what a friend said to me years ago. He said there will never be a cure for cancer because it means the end of the American Caner Society. I disagreed. May be I will divert some of my donations.
