Judge: Health Care Mandate Unconstitutional

The striking down the Federal healthcare law makes one wonder about the unintended consequences of the efforts to destroy Health Care for all Americans. If we accepted the US Government does not have the right to demand that everyone purchases Health Care like Social Security, then we must question does state governments have the right to force us to purchase automobile insurance? Surely the car insurance industry stands to lose billions?
