It is distressing to think that slavery is alive in the United States of America in the 21th Century. My hat goes off to the State of Texas in your bid to morph enslaved children from chattel back into human beings. However, the slavers should be sentenced to hard labor on chain gangs to send a symbolic message that there are very serious consequences for enslaving anybody.
