Domestic Terrorist Is the Curse of Nuclear Energy

I find the nuclear crisis in Japan makes it difficult to discern the difference between facts and governmental wishful hope for I find myself waiting for the real truth to upend the illusions of control propaganda now coming out in the press.

My skepticism is rooted in hearing new 6 and greater earthquakes labeled as aftershocks when they would be significant earthquakes in their own right in many places in the world. I now find myself paying special attention to nuclear power plants near my home.

I like to go to Battery Park in New Castle, DE to walk the walking path because it has many benches where I can stop to rest my feet and enjoy watching the ships coming up and down the Delaware River and the men and women fishing in the fishing portion of the park. However, I am ever mindful of the white steam coming out of the huge tower at the Salem Nuclear Power Plant across the river in New Jersey.

As you walk along the walking path you will reach a point where the barrier blocking your vision of the full tower is gone, so you get the full view of its awesome size. I am reminded of a senior citizen couple sharing how their nerves were relaxed when their child moved to North of the city of Wilmington, DE.

On the other hand, my real concern is not with natural destructive forces as earthquakes, tornadoes, and tsunamis in our area. I worry about home-grown-terrorists hell bent on killing as many innocent Americans as they can. What is most frightening is hearing of two children shot dead at a party with 100 people present because of the anti-snitch belief in the hood the killers go free for no one will share information with the police department. This anti-snitch belief makes the hood an ideal place for anti-American terrorists to hide and make their destructive instruments.

Thus, I ask, “Is the curse of nuclear energy in the United States of America really the domestic terrorist recruited by Al Qaeda?” Will we figure out how to let the people in the hood accept that cooperating with the police is not a death sentence issued on them by neighborhood thugs? Perhaps, ghetto people will use their cell phone cameras to post these horrific crimes on the Internet, so the perpetrators cannot hide anywhere in the world.
