Medical marijuana appears to be a foregone conclusion in the State of Delaware. It will mean fewer folks going to jail in pursue of this drug. Hopefully, legal marijuana distribution to meet medical needs will mean fewer drug related carnage in Delaware and provide much needed relief for seriously sick people.
