Mitt Romney acts as though he is a clone of President Richard Nixon with a dream of having an Imperial Presidency where he will dictate to the people what they need to know. He will do piecemeal antics to keep the public in the dark.

Romney’s release of his 2011 tax information in September 2012 is disingenuous. The 2011 tax information release is tantamount to Nixon dropping Vice President Spiro T. Agnew under the bus as the Watergate scandal escalated to hopefully sate the public appetite for putting his head on the guillotine.  

The Agnew guillotined head only made the public call for the Nixon political lynching. Nixon realized that he had not duped the public, so he stepped down from the Presidency a disgraced man.

Therefore, Romney has to come clean with ten years of his tax filings. If Romney can’t find his filings, my guess is the Internal Revenue Service has copies assuming they ever existed.    

Right now Romney is proving he deserves a name comparable to Tricky Dickey Nixon once held by President Nixon. I guess Romney wants to be remembered as 1 % speculator Mitt who was a master manipulator of the tax code.  

I hope Romney does not believe the people have been duped by his recent poly to throw us a political bone with his release of his 2011 tax return. Romney is going to get a rude awakening that the rug is being pulled from under his scheme. My guess is the fat cats behind Romney are quietly looking for a way to get off the Titanic for their advisors have informed them that his campaign is a bad investment that is sinking.
